The times

The seller listed by the venue gives doors at 20:00. The actual start time of the concert isn't published: in clubs the wait between entry and the first song is usually an hour or a bit more. If you want a good spot under the stage, get in early.

The published price is 23 euros, the total you pay at the time of purchase. Tickets are digital and are bought on the presale circuit linked from the official Largo website, where any changes are also posted. Other channels have nothing to do with the organizers.

Adults only

The night is listed as an event for those over 18. It's a detail to keep in mind if you're thinking of bringing teenage kids: ID may be requested at the entrance.

A Thursday night in Pigneto

November 26 falls on a Thursday, the night when Pigneto starts to liven up for the weekend. The neighborhood offers plenty for dinner before the concert, and metro C lets you get back toward the center without a car.

The return to clubs: what Largo announces

According to the Largo Venue description, L'Officina della Camomilla returns to clubs with a new tour and a new record on the way, opening a new phase in the band's journey.

A cult project

The venue's text describes the Officina as a band that has built a unique imagery in the Italian indie scene, becoming over the years a cult project able to cross different generations. It's a definition that those who have followed the group since 2013 recognize: the Officina's songs marked the adolescence of people who are 30 today and reach those who are 20 through streaming.

The new chapter

The title of the new record hasn't yet been announced on the official pages for the date. In 2026, though, two singles came out: Madchester, with Francesco Mandelli, and Celeste. They're most likely the first hints of the sound the band will bring to the stage, alongside the classic songs.

What you'll hear

The setlist isn't published. The repertoire the band draws on includes the Senontipiacefalostesso trilogy, Palazzina Liberty, the compilation Antologia della cameretta and the comeback album, Dreamcore, as well as recent singles. An Officina night is usually a journey between the songs of yesterday and those of today.

Who L'Officina della Camomilla are: the biography

L'Officina della Camomilla is an Italian indie pop band founded in Milan in 2008 by Francesco De Leo, frontman and songwriter, with a sound that ranges from indie rock to lo-fi and noise pop.

An instrumental project

The project was born in 2008 as Francesco De Leo's instrumental work. In 2009 director Stefano Poletti discovered him on Myspace and started playing live with him. In the same period a self-produced collection of songs came out: the bedroom, even before the stage, was the band's first home.

The clubs and venues

Between 2010 and 2011 the Officina played ARCI clubs and venues all over Italy as an independent act, often changing its live lineup and gathering growing attention. It's the phase in which the loyal audience that still fills clubs today took shape.

Garrincha Dischi

In July 2012 the band signed with Garrincha Dischi. At the end of November it released the video for La tua ragazza non ascolta i Beat Happening, performed with Lo Stato Sociale. The title, a nod to an American cult band, says a lot about the Officina's world: highbrow references, irony, teenage melancholy.

Agata, Ruspa and the first album

In 2013 the EPs Agata and Ruspa came out, previewing the first album, Senontipiacefalostesso Uno, produced by Matteo Romagnoli. A tour of over 100 concerts in Italy and a few dates abroad followed. The record was well received by the public, less so by part of the critics: in Il Mucchio Selvaggio Federico Guglielmi wrote a very negative review.

Squatter and Senontipiacefalostesso Due

In February 2014 the third EP, Squatter, came out, previewed by the single of the same name. On November 4, 2014 came the second album, Senontipiacefalostesso Due, presented on tour. On May 12, 2015 Senontipiacefalostesso B sides came out, with the songs recorded in previous years and left off the albums.

An archaeological work

De Leo described the trilogy as an impossible archaeological work, designed to bring back to life songs written at a very green age. It's the key to understanding the appeal of those records: songs born as a boy, recorded as a young adult, heard by an audience growing up along with them.

Palazzina Liberty

In 2015 the lineup changed radically: Anna Viganò, formerly of Intercity, Ilaria Curioni and Gaetano Polignano made way for Simone Sproccati, Roberto Redondi and Loris Giroletti. In January 2016 the single Palazzina Liberty came out, giving its name to the fourth album, released on March 4, 2016 by Garrincha Dischi after a streaming preview on Rockit.

Antologia della cameretta

In 2017 the first compilation came out, Antologia della cameretta: 100 tracks among demos, alternate versions, instrumentals and covers, material accumulated over the years and found on De Leo's computer. The record closed the circle of the band's first journey, after which it stayed silent for seven years.

De Leo's solo career

In 2018 Francesco De Leo started a solo career, moving toward psychedelic pop with the album La Malanoche for Bomba Dischi. Rolling Stone Italia premiered the video for the first single, Muse. Then came a cover of Paolo Conte's Sparring Partner and collaborations with lemandorle, Emmanuelle and Bruno Bellissimo. In 2022 he founded his own label, Hachiko Dischi, with which he released his second solo album, Swarovski.

The 2023 return

On February 2, 2023, after seven years of silence, the Officina announced its return with a concert at MI AMI Festival in Segrate, on May 26. On April 28 the single Dandy Candy came out on Hachiko Dischi, and Stefano Poletti rejoined the lineup. Then came the Dandy Candy Tour, Woodstock '99 and Techno is my boyfriend.

Dreamcore

On January 19, 2024 Dreamcore came out, released by Hachiko Dischi, followed by the Dreamcore Tour between 2023 and 2024 and the single Léon. In 2026 came Madchester with Francesco Mandelli and Celeste, a prelude to the announced record.

Today's lineup

The current lineup includes Francesco De Leo on vocals, guitar and keyboards, Stefano Poletti on guitars, Roberto Red Redondi on synthesizer, keyboards and bass, Giacomo Ganzerli on drums. It's the band that since 2023 has brought the Officina back to the stage.

The Officina della Camomilla discography to listen to before the concert

The Officina's discography includes five albums, Senontipiacefalostesso Uno from 2013, Senontipiacefalostesso Due from 2014, Senontipiacefalostesso B sides from 2015, Palazzina Liberty from 2016 and Dreamcore from 2024, plus the compilation Antologia della cameretta and three EPs.

Where to start

If you don't know the band, you can start from the first album, which has the most recognizable sound, and then move on to Dreamcore, to understand how the Officina sounds after the return. The 2026 singles are the bridge to the new record.

If you already know it

For longtime fans, my advice is to listen again to Palazzina Liberty, the record of the second lineup, less mentioned but among the most accomplished, and pick a few tracks from Antologia della cameretta: that's where you'll find the most intimate De Leo.

The sound of L'Officina della Camomilla: what you'll hear live

L'Officina della Camomilla sits between indie pop, indie rock, lo-fi and noise pop, with roots in rock and roll: a deliberately imperfect sound, built on guitars, keyboards and a voice that tells more than it sings.

Lo-fi as a choice

Lo-fi, low-fidelity recording, has never been a technical limit for the Officina but an aesthetic. The first self-produced collections, the demos, the Antologia della cameretta: everything points to an idea of homemade music, where mistakes stay in the song. Live, this imprint becomes a direct concert, with no frills.

From psychedelia to Dreamcore

De Leo's solo career, shifted toward psychedelic pop, left its mark on the comeback record. The title Dreamcore evokes a dreamy, nostalgic aesthetic, and singles like Techno is my boyfriend and Madchester look to dance music. The Largo concert will most likely be a meeting of the two souls: the bedroom of the beginnings and today's club.

If you don't know the genre

If you arrive without knowing the band, you'll find an accessible concert: short songs, instant choruses, Italian lyrics full of everyday images. You don't need any particular preparation. Just let the room's singalong carry you.

A curious fact about L'Officina della Camomilla at Largo Venue on November 26, 2026

The most interesting curious fact concerns Antologia della cameretta, the 2017 compilation. It's not a normal greatest hits: it's an archive of 100 tracks, among demos, alternate versions, instrumentals and covers, material Francesco De Leo had accumulated over the years and that was found on his computer. Releasing it in full, instead of picking the best, was a gesture consistent with the band's whole story, born as a home project and grown without ever losing the feel of a home recording.

The second curious fact is about the discovery. The Officina exists as a band thanks to Myspace: in 2009 director Stefano Poletti heard De Leo's instrumental tracks on the platform and started playing live with him. 14 years later, in 2023, Poletti rejoined the lineup for the comeback. If you see him at Largo on November 26, you're looking at one of the two people who brought the project to life.

The third is about the name of the first tour in 2014, the Rivoltella Tour, and of the following ones: Squatter, Palazzina Liberty, Dandy Candy, Dreamcore. Each tour has a title that's a small aesthetic manifesto, and the Officina's audience remembers them the way you remember your school years.

Largo Venue, the concert venue

Largo Venue is a live music club at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, near Largo Preneste, built in a former industrial shed and presented by the Roma Capitale tourism portal as an urban regeneration project.

A reclaimed shed

The neighborhood portal describes Largo as a space rescued from decay and reclaimed with greenery, creativity and culture. Where there was a shed there's now a stage, a sound system, a garden: a transformation shared by many Roman music venues in recent years.

The spaces

The official website lists the venue's spaces: Sala Main, the Garden, Rumah and O'Bistrot, the in-house food spot. The program alternates international, Italian and Roman artists, DJ sets and cinema. On Fridays and Saturdays, after the concerts, the dance nights Latte Fresco and Back To The Disco kick off.

Why it's the right room for the Officina

The Officina's songs live on voice, dirty guitars and audience singalongs. In a club this size the band is a few meters from the front rows and the chorus sung by everyone reaches the stage. The announcement speaks of a return to clubs: Largo is the Roman example.

The Largo website gives the number 06 59875966 and the address info@largovenue.com. General information on the venue is on the Largo Venue page.

Something nobody tells you about L'Officina della Camomilla at Largo Venue on November 26, 2026

What few people say is that L'Officina della Camomilla was on hold for seven years. Between Palazzina Liberty in 2016 and the 2023 return at MI AMI, the band released no new albums. In the meantime Francesco De Leo built a solo career, with two records and his own label, Hachiko Dischi. So if you go to Largo on November 26, you'll hear a group that has come through a long break and that, according to the venue, is preparing a new record. It's a night of transition, and that's exactly why it's interesting: old songs reinterpreted by a new lineup, a few previews of the future.

The second rarely mentioned thing concerns the critics. The first album, now considered a cult record, got a harshly negative review in Il Mucchio Selvaggio in 2013. The public, on the other hand, filled over 100 concerts in a year. It's a story that says a lot about how the Italian indie scene of those years was built: from the ground up, in clubs, more than in the pages of magazines.

The third thing is practical. Largo is on a residential street: on the way out, after 23:00, keeping your voice down is a courtesy to the people who live there, and a good way not to cause trouble for the venue.

My advice for L'Officina della Camomilla at Largo Venue on November 26, 2026

My first piece of advice is to arrive when doors open, at 20:00. Largo is a standing club and your spot is decided at the entrance. For an Officina concert, where De Leo's voice is thin and the guitars fill the room, the best spot is halfway back, in the center, in front of the sound desk: there the sound is balanced and you can make out the words.

The second is to eat in the neighborhood or at the venue's O'Bistrot before going in. Pigneto has plenty of choice a short walk away and Thursday night is quiet enough to find a table without booking days ahead.

The third is to listen to the 2026 singles beforehand, Madchester and Celeste. If the new record is close, the band will likely present a few songs from it live, and knowing the new sound helps you recognize it.

The fourth is to bring ID: the event is for adults only and a check at the entrance is possible. Finally, silicone earplugs: the Officina's guitars, in a closed room, make themselves heard.

How to get to Largo Venue

Largo Venue is at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, in the east of the city, Pigneto area, Municipio V, a short walk from Largo Preneste. It's served by metro C and a few bus lines.

By metro

The stops to use are Pigneto and Malatesta, on line C. From the center, take metro A to San Giovanni, change to line C and get off at one of the two stops. From there you reach the venue on foot.

By bus

The stop listed by the tourism portal is Gattamelata, served by lines 81 and 412. At night the N12 and N28 lines stop there. Check times before going out on the Rome public transportation journey planner.

By car

By car you come from Via Prenestina or Via Casilina. Parking on the residential streets of Pigneto is difficult, even on weekdays. If you really need the car, leave with time to spare.

By taxi

Rome's radio taxi answers at 060609. For the trip home after 23:00, it's best to book a few minutes before the end of the concert.

Another well-known fact, and yet not often mentioned

Among Italian indie fans it's well known that L'Officina della Camomilla was part of the Garrincha Dischi era, the Bologna label that in the early 2010s gathered some of the most followed names of new Italian songwriting. Less often remembered is the direct link with Lo Stato Sociale: the video for La tua ragazza non ascolta i Beat Happening, released at the end of November 2012, shows the song performed together with the Bologna band. It's a small snapshot of those years, when bands on the same label traded stages and songs.

Another rarely mentioned fact concerns the lineup. In the Officina's first season Anna Viganò played with them, a guitarist formerly of Intercity, who after leaving the band released under the pseudonym Verano a self-titled EP in 2016 and, in May 2018, the album Panorama, produced by Colapesce. From the same bedroom, in short, more than one career emerged.

And finally: in 2014 Francesco De Leo worked with Ubba and Andrea Bondi on two records released the following year under the name Ubba + Bond + Fra, the EP Pastelli and the instrumental album Cera. The instrumental De Leo of the early days never completely disappeared.

The right photo to take at L'Officina della Camomilla at Largo Venue on November 26, 2026

The right photo at an Officina concert isn't a sharp close-up. It's a slightly blurry image, with warm lights on the stage, De Leo in the middle with his guitar and the room singing in front: the band's aesthetic has always been that of the home recording, and a photo that's too perfect betrays it. The right moment is the chorus of a classic song, when hands go up and the crowd drowns out the voice.

To get it, stand to one side, a few meters back from the front rows, so you frame the stage and the heads of the audience together. No flash: in a club it flattens the lights and bothers the players.

The second photo is taken outside. The Largo garden, with the evening lights, is the backdrop for the souvenir with friends before going in. The official poster for the date, displayed in the venue, completes the set.

Then the phone goes in your pocket. The Officina's songs are made to be sung in chorus, and a 90-minute concert seen through a screen is a concert lost.

Pigneto and the area around Largo Venue

Largo Venue is in the Pigneto area, east of Termini station, between Via Prenestina and Via Casilina: a neighborhood of residential streets, bars, trattorias and cultural spaces, one of the centers of Roman nightlife.

Porta Maggiore

Toward the center you come to Porta Maggiore, the monumental gate where the ancient aqueducts converge. Nearby is the Underground Basilica of Porta Maggiore, open only for scheduled visits.

San Lorenzo

To the north, beyond the railway, is San Lorenzo with the basilica of San Lorenzo fuori le Mura: an afternoon walk before the concert helps you get to know this part of Rome.

Toward Casilina

Along Casilina is the Mausoleum of Saint Helena. Farther southeast, reachable by metro A, the Aqueducts Park is ideal for a morning outdoors.

Some important events that happened here in history

The history of Largo Venue is one of urban renewal. An industrial shed, in an area where Rome left warehouses and workshops for decades, was reopened as a cultural venue, with a hall built for live music, a garden, a bistro and a calendar that alternates concerts, DJ sets and cinema. It's a path many European cities know well: industrial areas become music districts.

Over time the space has built a program with international names, Italian groups and Roman artists. In autumn 2026, among others, The Lemon Twigs on October 3 and Haken on October 4 have passed or will pass through Largo. In January 2027 Leon Faun is expected.

For L'Officina della Camomilla, the November 26 date is one stop on an 18-year journey. In 2008 the instrumental project, in 2009 the discovery on Myspace, in 2012 the contract with Garrincha, in 2013 the first album and over 100 concerts, in 2016 Palazzina Liberty, in 2017 the Antologia della cameretta and the break. In 2023 the return at MI AMI, in 2024 Dreamcore, in 2026 two new singles and a new record announced. Rome is one of the cities where the Officina built its audience in clubs, and it's in a club that it returns.

Who has been part of L'Officina della Camomilla at Largo Venue on November 26, 2026

On the Largo stage, on November 26, the comeback lineup performs: Francesco De Leo, Stefano Poletti, Roberto Red Redondi and Giacomo Ganzerli. Any opening acts aren't listed on the official pages for the date.

Behind them is the long line of musicians who have passed through the Officina's history. Claudio Tarantula Tarantino, on drums and keyboards between 2009 and 2013. Marco Morco Amadio, on bass from 2011 to 2018. Anna Viganò, Ilaria Baia Curioni and Gaetano Polignano, the lineup of the trilogy. Simone Sproccati, Loris Giroletti and Fausto Cigarini, on violin and guitar, in the Palazzina Liberty era. Beatrice Zanantoni and Niccolò Di Gregorio in the very first years.

And then the fellow travelers: Lo Stato Sociale, with whom the Officina shot a video. Matteo Romagnoli, producer of the first album. Francesco Mandelli, guest on Madchester in 2026. The labels Garrincha Dischi and Hachiko Dischi. The MI AMI Festival, which hosted the comeback in 2023.

International, Italian and Roman artists pass through Largo on concert nights, in line with the venue's approach. On November 26 it's the turn of one of the most loved names of 2010s Italian indie.

Accessibility, age and practical tips

For information on accessibility at Largo Venue and on routes for people with disabilities, it's best to contact the venue directly at 06 59875966 or at info@largovenue.com.

Age

The event is listed as for those over 18: younger kids can't get in, and you should bring ID.

What to bring

ID, the digital ticket on a charged phone, earplugs, a jacket for the garden and for waiting outdoors. At the end of November evenings in Rome are cold.

Where to eat before the concert

Largo Venue has its own food spot, O'Bistrot, with the menu published on the official website, and for many people dinner happens there before doors open. If you'd rather sit down at a table outside, Pigneto has trattorias, pizzerias, osterias and bars in abundance, especially on the pedestrian streets around the metro C stop. On Thursday evenings the neighborhood is lively but not as crowded as on weekends: dinner around 19:00 lets you get to the club when doors open. After the concert several bars stay open, and Pigneto is one of the few Roman neighborhoods where, even on weekdays, the night can go on.

A concert at the end of November

Late November is the busiest time of the Roman club season. Largo's garden, one of its strong points in summer, at this time of year is crossed quickly in a coat. The life of the night moves inside, between the hall and the bistro. November 26 is a Thursday: if you're coming from out of town you can arrive the same day, spend the afternoon at Porta Maggiore and in Pigneto and leave the next day. In the same week, a few kilometers away, the city offers many other club concerts: it's the right season if you love live music in small rooms.
