Updated November 3, 2026.

The event: seventeen years of Nozoo

Nozoo is a Rome party born on the dance floor of Goa, a historic club on Via Libetta in the Ostiense area. For its seventeenth birthday it returns home: the party takes place in the same neighborhood, a short distance from the old address.

The decks go to six names: Carl H, Marcolino, Fabrizio Sala, Danae, Brasi and Domenico Rosa. Presenting the night, the organizers describe Nozoo as a cultural filter for the Roman underground of the past twenty years: a consistent sound across deep house, minimal and techno, summed up in the motto “Sounds from the universe to come,” and long sets, up to five hours, that avoid the best-known tracks.

After Goa closed, again according to the organizers’ presentation, Nozoo did not stop: it became a traveling format and kept its community alive. The birthday at Rashomon Club closes the circle with a return to its home area.

Where it takes place: Rashomon Club, Via degli Argonauti 16
