Updated November 6, 2026.

The event

«Scemi del villaggio» is a theater project that aims to rediscover the city as if for the first time, with a satirical, mocking and irreverent gaze. Its subject is the relationship between individuals and urban and social spaces.

The real protagonist is the territory, among provincial towns, metropolises and holiday places. The «unrequested bards», pilgrim singers, tell the neuroses of city life in cities increasingly flattened by the logic of the market and tourism. The show asks how people live together in shared spaces and offers an openly uncomfortable answer, with «ferocious naivety».
