Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

In short. Litfiba play Rome on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at Atlantico Live, Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico 271/D (00144 Rome), in the southern part of EUR, between Fonte Ostiense and Torrino.

Litfiba play Rome on Wednesday, December 2, 2026 at Atlantico Live, Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico 271/D (00144 Rome), in the southern part of EUR, between Fonte Ostiense and Torrino. It's the Rome date of «Quarant'anni di 17 Re» (40 Years of 17 Re), with the original 1980s lineup: Piero Pelù, Ghigo Renzulli, Antonio Aiazzi and Gianni Maroccolo. By public transport you get there on metro line B to EUR Fermi or Laurentina, then on the ATAC buses that stop on Via Cristoforo Colombo at the Colombo/Pacifico stop, less than 200 meters from the venue, or on Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico at the Oceano Atlantico/Colombo stop. Door and start times are announced by the promoter, MC2 Live, on its website. Prices are published on the promoter's official website and by the authorized reseller indicated by the organizers. Tickets are sold on the presale circuit authorized by the organizers, reachable from the artist page on the MC2 Live website.

Three club dates to close a whole year devoted to a 1986 album. Rome is the last of the three, after Milan and Venaria Reale. If you loved «17 Re» as a teenager, or discovered it later, this is the closest possible chance: a club, not a stadium, and the band that recorded that album.

Litfiba at Atlantico Live: the essentials

Litfiba's Rome concert is set for December 2, 2026 at Atlantico, promoted by MC2 Live. These are the facts to keep handy, before anything else.

Date, day and venue

December 2, 2026 falls on a Wednesday. The venue is Atlantico Live, at number 271/D Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico, postal code 00144, in Rome's Municipio IX. Maps place the venue in the Fonte Ostiense area, a step from the intersection of Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico and Via Cristoforo Colombo. A midweek evening, then: the detail matters if you're coming from out of town or working the next day, and should be factored in right now.

Who promotes it

The promoter is MC2 Live, a company based in Milan on Via Giuseppe Meda. Its website has the artist page with the three December dates, the announcement press release of September 9, 2026 and the rules that apply to all the concerts it promotes. For any practical doubt, that's the reference, not hearsay on social media.

Times

At the time of the announcement, door and start times don't appear on the artist page. MC2 Live usually publishes them on individual event pages, and the promoter's rules specify that gate opening may be brought forward or postponed even without notice, for technical or public order reasons. The advice is simple: check the promoter's website in the days before the concert and arrive with time to spare.

Tickets and prices

Sales started at 10:00 on Thursday, September 10, 2026, on the MC2 Live website and on the presale circuit authorized by the organizers. Prices are published on the promoter's official website and by the authorized reseller. The MC2 Live FAQ state clearly that tickets are valid only if bought through the channels named in the official press releases: anything else is a risk you take on yourself.

40 years of «17 Re»: Litfiba's 2026 tour

«Quarant'anni di 17 Re» is the tour with which Litfiba celebrate in 2026 the album released in 1986, and the Atlantico date closes it. This year's story can be told in three stages: the announcement of the reunion, the summer in big venues, the autumn in clubs.

The return of the 1980s lineup

The page MC2 Live devotes to the band presents 2026 as the year the 1980s Litfiba return to the stage with the original lineup. Pelù, Renzulli, Aiazzi and Maroccolo play together again to bring back live, as the promoter writes, the power and visionary poetry of one of the most loved bands in Italian rock. It's a formula to be read for what it is: not a band resuming its path, but four musicians reuniting around a precise repertoire, that of one decade.

Summer: 20 dates and 12 sellouts

The September 9 press release sums up the summer numbers: 20 concerts around Italy, 12 of them sold out, and more than 150,000 tickets sold. Numbers that, for a band celebrating an album from 40 years earlier, say only one thing: «17 Re» hasn't remained a collector's item. The audience is there, and it isn't limited to those who bought the album when it came out.

Autumn: three surprise club dates

On September 9, 2026 MC2 Live announced, as a surprise, three special club dates to close the celebration together with the fans: November 27 in Milan at Alcatraz, November 30 in Venaria Reale, near Turin, at Teatro della Concordia, and December 2 in Rome at Atlantico. The press release presents them as the last chance to hear «17 Re» live. Rome, by calendar, is the final word.

The live album: «17 Re live. 1986-2026»

The tour also becomes a live album. It's called «17 Re live. 1986-2026», and it comes out on November 27, 2026 in two formats, CD or double LP, with a preorder that stayed open until September 30, 2026. The release date coincides with the Milan concert: when the band takes the Atlantico stage, the live album will have been in stores for five days. If you listen to it beforehand you arrive at the concert with an advantage, because you already know the shape the repertoire took during the summer.

Litfiba's original lineup on the Atlantico stage

On the Atlantico stage on December 2 are Piero Pelù, Ghigo Renzulli, Antonio Aiazzi and Gianni Maroccolo, the four names MC2 Live gives as the original lineup of 1980s Litfiba.

Four names, one decade

The choice to present the tour with the original lineup isn't a marketing detail. Talking about the original lineup means choosing a precise period: this tour deliberately picks a single period, the one the promoter calls the band's stylistic heart in the 1980s, and entrusts it to the people who built it. It's a philological choice before a nostalgic one, and for a demanding listener it's the main reason to be there.

A Florentine band in Rome

The press release recalls that «17 Re» established the Florentine band nationally and in Europe. Bringing the end of the tour to Rome, in a club and not an arena, after a summer of big numbers, feels like a tribute to the capital's audience: the band as close as possible, for the last night.

What to expect from the repertoire

The official set list for the Rome evening isn't published. The tour title and the press release say clearly where the center is: «17 Re», the album and the song that gives it its name. Everything else, that is, how many songs from the album, in what order, with what possible additions from the decade's other albums, you'll find out in the hall. To get a solid idea, there's only one way: the live album out on November 27, recorded during this very tour.

«17 Re», the 1986 album at the heart of the concert

«17 Re» is the album Litfiba released in 1986 as a double, which the tour press release calls an epoch-making turn in Italian rock. It's worth knowing a bit more about this record before going into Atlantico.

A double album, single only in France

The album came out as a double album. Only in France, the promoter recalls, was it released as a single album. The detail ties in with what the promoter writes, namely that the album established the band nationally and in Europe. For lovers of original editions it's also a small discographic puzzle to chase.

The Trilogy of the Victims of Power

«17 Re» is the second chapter of what the band called the Trilogia delle vittime del potere (Trilogy of the Victims of Power), together with «Desaparecido» and «Litfiba 3». Three albums devoted, as the name says, to those who suffer power. The press release insists on the topicality of those themes, which it calls burning. Beyond the promotional emphasis, it's true that a song cycle built on this axis doesn't age the way sound fashions do. The sound is from the 1980s, the theme isn't.

The stylistic heart of the 1980s

For MC2 Live «17 Re» can be considered the stylistic heart of 1980s Litfiba. It's a judgment the summer audience seems to have confirmed with ticket sales. In our view, turning-point albums work better live than hit albums: they still carry the tension of discovery, and a band that takes them up again four decades later plays to prove something, not to repeat itself.

An album and a song

«17 Re» is both the title of the album and that of a song. The press release puts them on the same level, as two things time hasn't dented, neither in the lyrics nor in the music. It's reasonable to expect the song to have a prominent place in the evening. The where and when are up to the band.

A curious fact about Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

The most concrete curious fact about the Rome date is a calendar coincidence: the live album «17 Re live. 1986-2026» comes out on November 27, 2026, the same day the mini club tour starts at Alcatraz in Milan. When Litfiba arrive in Rome, on December 2, that album will have been out for five days. In practice the Venaria Reale and Rome audiences can arrive at the concert having already heard, in recorded form, the same repertoire they'll hear in the hall.

It's no small detail. Usually the live album comes after the tour, as a souvenir. Here it comes during it, almost like a concert program. If you're used to preparing for a concert by listening to the records, you have the most precise tool possible: the same band, the same lineup, the same repertoire, recorded during 2026.

Then there's a second, less obvious curious fact. In the sequence of the three club dates, Rome is the last, and the promoter's press release presents the mini tour as the last chance to hear «17 Re» live. The last night of a tour always has something different about it: the band has the repertoire in its hands, and fatigue gives way to the awareness that there won't be a tomorrow with that set list. Anyone who has been going to concerts for years knows that closing nights are often the freest.

Finally, a figure that helps grasp the scale of the year: during the summer the tour sold more than 150,000 tickets. Atlantico is a club. The jump in scale, from summer venues to an indoor room, is the real meaning of this December appendix.

Atlantico Live, the venue of the Litfiba concert

Atlantico Live is at Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico 271/D, in Municipio IX, a few meters from Via Cristoforo Colombo and about 300 meters as the crow flies from the Euroma2 shopping center. The venue's page is that of Atlantico Live Club.

Exactly where it is

Number 271 Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico groups several businesses. The venue is at 271/D. On the map the area is Fonte Ostiense, on the border with EUR and Torrino. The easiest reference, if you don't know the area, is the intersection of Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico and Via Cristoforo Colombo: the great artery running from the center down to the sea passes just over 100 meters from the venue. On the other side of the Colombo is Viale dell'Oceano Pacifico, with Euroma2.

A club, not an arena

The MC2 Live press release speaks of three club dates, and Atlantico is registered as a venue for concerts and nights out. The difference from an arena is substantial: the distance between stage and audience shrinks, the acoustics of a closed room give the sound more body, people move less and listen more. For a repertoire like «17 Re», born in a decade of basements and clubs before arenas, the choice seems the most fitting of the whole year.

Sister pages at Atlantico

Atlantico's autumn 2026 is packed. The pages for J-Ax at Atlantico on October 23 and 24, Willie Peyote on October 31, Aiello on November 13, Ditonellapiaga and Madame with the Disincanto Tour, expected a few days after Litfiba, are already online. If you know the room from one of these concerts, you already know how to get around.

Something nobody tells you about Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

What almost nobody reads before a concert is the promoter's rules, and for the Litfiba date it's worth doing. The MC2 Live FAQ contain three rules that change many people's evening, and that people usually discover at the entrance, when it's too late.

The first: the ticket allows a single entry. Once inside you can't leave and come back in on the same ticket. If you plan to step out for a smoke, go back to the car for your jacket or grab something to eat outside between the opening act and the main show, get this into your head: you go in once.

The second: the promoter provides no luggage storage or cloakroom. In December, with a coat, the point isn't minor. Better a jacket you can keep on or tie around your waist, and no bulky bags, because the rules are precise on this too: no bags or backpacks larger than an A4 sheet, with a maximum capacity of 15 liters and dimensions no greater than 42 by 21 by 14 centimeters.

The third concerns photos. Professional and semi-professional cameras are banned, and with them audio and video recording equipment, GoPros included. The smartphone remains the only tool, with its limits. I'll add something that isn't written anywhere but applies to every club: the Litfiba night is a concert to listen to, and a phone held up for two hours takes away more than it gives.

There's one last detail for those arriving by car: the rules make clear that parking management isn't the promoter's responsibility, and the same goes for public transport. Translation: nobody will organize shuttles or dedicated areas. You fend for yourself, and it's best to think about it beforehand.

How to get to Atlantico Live for the Litfiba concert

You get to Atlantico Live by metro line B and a bus, or by car from Via Cristoforo Colombo. The nearest ATAC stops are Colombo/Pacifico, less than 200 meters away, and Oceano Atlantico/Colombo, about 400 meters away.

By metro

The nearest line B stations are EUR Fermi, on Viale America, and Laurentina, the end of the line, on Viale Luca Gaurico. As the crow flies both are between one and a half and two kilometers from the venue: on foot it's a long walk, not very pleasant on a winter evening. That's why it's best to take the metro to one of the two stations and then the bus. Both stations are listed as wheelchair accessible.

By bus

The useful stops are run by ATAC: Colombo/Pacifico, on Via Cristoforo Colombo, is the nearest. Oceano Atlantico/Colombo, on Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico, is a few hundred meters away. At EUR Fermi there's a bus terminus in Piazza della Stazione Enrico Fermi, while at Laurentina there's an interchange with surface lines. Line numbers and evening times should be checked on the ATAC journey planner on the day itself: in the evening, and on a weekday, frequencies aren't those of the morning.

By car

Via Cristoforo Colombo passes just over 100 meters from the venue and is the natural road if you're coming from the center or the Grande Raccordo Anulare. In the area there are several surface parking lots, some public and free, others reserved for shop customers with limited hours: reading the signs is a must, because a customer lot that closes at 20:00 can leave your car locked inside. If you'd rather leave the car away from the evening traffic, you can use the ATAC park-and-ride at Laurentina, multistory, paid, with more than 1,200 spaces and a good 20 or so spaces reserved for people with disabilities, and continue by bus.

Getting back

Getting back is the weak point of every midweek concert on the outskirts. Before leaving home, check the time of the last metro line B train and of the night lines. If the concert ends late, the margin can be tight. In a group, a shared taxi to the metro or home is often the most stress-free solution. Book your ride back before going in.

My advice for Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

My advice is clear: listen to «17 Re» in full in the days before the concert, from start to finish, as an album and not as a playlist. It's a double album, conceived as a journey, and the tour was born to celebrate it as a whole. Arriving at Atlantico with the album in your head changes the way you hear the evening: you recognize the passages, you understand the arrangement choices, you notice what the band has changed in 40 years.

If you can, also listen to the live album «17 Re live. 1986-2026», out on November 27 on CD or double LP. Recorded during this year's tour, it's the most faithful portrait of what awaits you: same lineup, same repertoire, same spirit. Listening to the 1986 original and then the 2026 version is the most honest way to prepare, and also the most fun.

Second piece of advice, more practical: dress in layers and travel light. No cloakroom, no large backpacks, no way to leave and come back in. A jacket you can tie around your waist, your ID, a charged phone and little else. Power banks, under the rules, are banned: charge your phone beforehand.

Third piece of advice: arrive early. In a club your position counts more than in an arena, because there are no tiers. Those who get in first choose where to stand, near the stage or in a spot with good sound. Those who arrive at the last minute adapt. For a concert of this kind, the difference between the front and the back can be heard.

Finally, plan your way back with the same care as your way there. Wednesday night, southern outskirts, December: three good reasons not to improvise.

Tickets for Litfiba at Atlantico in Rome

Tickets for Litfiba at Atlantico have been on sale since September 10, 2026, on the MC2 Live website and on the presale circuit authorized by the organizers. Prices are published on the promoter's official website.

Where to buy them

The starting point is the Litfiba page on the MC2 Live website, which for each date links directly to purchase on the authorized circuit. The promoter's FAQ point out that tickets can only be bought on the circuits named in the official press releases, and that for payments, shipping, pickup and seat selection you have to contact the circuit that issued the ticket: the promoter doesn't intervene in individual resellers' procedures.

Named tickets and resale

For concerts with named tickets, MC2 Live asks you to enter at purchase the first and last name of the person who will actually attend. Name changes follow the rules of the sales circuit. If you can no longer go, the FAQ give a precise indication: use, where they exist, the fan-to-fan exchange platforms of the official channels. Buying on unofficial or secondary ticketing platforms doesn't guarantee entry, and the promoter accepts no responsibility for fraud.

Prices and discounts

Prices are those published on the official website and by the authorized reseller. The MC2 Live rules specify that there are no discounts for minors, except for free entry for younger children in the cases described below. For people with disabilities the procedure is different and doesn't go through direct purchase.

If the date sells out

During the summer 12 concerts out of 20 sold out. A club has a much smaller capacity than summer venues. Nothing more is needed to say that waiting until the last week is a gamble. If the date sells out, the only safe route remains the official fan-to-fan exchange channels.

What to bring to the Litfiba concert and what to leave at home

MC2 Live's rules apply to all the concerts the promoter produces, including Litfiba at Atlantico. Staff at the entrances can check bags and refuse entry to anyone carrying items considered inappropriate or dangerous, even if not expressly listed.

Bags and backpacks

Only bags and backpacks no larger than an A4 sheet are allowed: maximum capacity 15 liters, maximum dimensions 42 by 21 by 14 centimeters. Trolleys and luggage stay outside. If you're arriving by train from out of town with a suitcase, find a solution beforehand, at your hotel or a left-luggage office, because at Atlantico there's no promoter-run cloakroom.

Banned items

The list is long and should be read in full on the promoter's website. The points that most often catch people unprepared are these: no professional or semi-professional cameras, no audio or video recorders, no power banks, no pens or laser pointers, no umbrellas or rigid poles, no computers or tablets. No alcoholic drinks and no cans, glass bottles or metal flasks. No plastic bottles without caps. No banners. For sprays and creams there are precise limits: up to 100 milliliters, but sprays still won't get through.

Medicines

Prescription medicines and over-the-counter drugs are allowed, but not in glass containers. If you have a treatment to follow on the evening of the concert, prepare the dose in a suitable container before leaving home.

Behavior

The rules provide for removal for aggressive behavior, for anyone who shows up visibly intoxicated, for anyone blocking escape routes and emergency exits or climbing on railings and structures. They're obvious rules, but in a full club respecting other people's space is the condition for the evening to work for everyone.

Another well-known fact, yet rarely mentioned

It's well known that «17 Re» is one of Litfiba's most important albums. Less often mentioned is that it's part of a trilogy, and that the trilogy had a declared theme. The tour press release recalls it: «17 Re» is the second episode of the Trilogy of the Victims of Power, which the band dedicated, precisely, to the victims of power, together with «Desaparecido» and «Litfiba 3».

Those who know Litfiba mainly for their radio hits tend to forget this structure. Yet it's the key to reading the 2026 tour. A band that decides to celebrate not a single or a generic anniversary, but the central chapter of a cycle born with a civic intention, is saying something about itself. The press release insists on the topicality of those themes. You can argue about the emphasis, not about the substance: three albums conceived as a single reflection on power and on those who suffer it are a project of an ambition that deserves recognition.

There's also a discographic fact, rarely mentioned and verifiable on the promoter's page: «17 Re» came out as a double album, but in France it was released as a single album. For a collector that means two different objects, with different lengths and track lists. For those going to the concert it's a reminder: this is an album born ambitious, long, built to be listened to in full. A club album, more than an arena album.

The advice that follows is simple. Before going into Atlantico, also listen to «Desaparecido» and «Litfiba 3». You'll better understand where «17 Re» fits and why the band chose this very album to get back together.

Accessibility and people with disabilities at the Litfiba concert

For the Litfiba concert at Atlantico, people with disabilities shouldn't buy tickets on their own: accreditation for MC2 Live events is handled, unless otherwise indicated, by the association Mani Amiche Onlus.

How accreditation works

The MC2 Live FAQ are explicit: a person with a disability interested in a concert shouldn't buy the ticket on their own, because direct purchase doesn't guarantee attendance and may mean losing the amount paid. The request must be made through the Mani Amiche Onlus website. For information the association answers at concerti@maniamicheonlus.org and on the information line 392 9345401, from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00. In the list of exceptions published by the promoter, with different contacts for individual concerts, the Litfiba Rome date doesn't appear: the ordinary procedure therefore applies.

Seats and companions

Reserved places are limited, for fire safety reasons. Those with 100 percent disability requiring continuous assistance pay for their own ticket and get the companion free. With lower percentages both pay. The companion must be an adult. Places are assigned giving priority to the highest disability levels, then in order of request. Sending the request doesn't amount to confirmation.

Injured people and pregnancy

The rules bar attendance by people who are injured and use crutches, wheelchairs or other aids, unless places are available in the dedicated area and the promoter confirms in writing, to be requested by email. For pregnant women there are no dedicated areas or priority entrances. The promoter recommends, where there's a choice, a seated place. In a club there usually isn't a choice, and it's good to know beforehand.

Arriving without barriers

The EUR Fermi and Laurentina stations on metro line B are listed as wheelchair accessible. The Laurentina park-and-ride has reserved spaces. The last stretch, from the metro to the venue, should be planned carefully: an accessible taxi is better than a bus in the evening.

At Litfiba with children and teenagers

There are no age limits at the Litfiba concert at Atlantico, but MC2 Live strongly advises against bringing children under four and sets precise rules for minors.

Under four

The attendance of the youngest is entirely the parents' responsibility. If you decide to bring them, they must wear noise-canceling headphones. Strollers, prams and baby carriers aren't allowed. In an indoor club, at rock concert volume, it's not worth it under four.

Free entry up to age 10

At standing-only concerts, children up to 10 years old can enter free, one per parent with a ticket. However, you need to write in advance to info@mc2live.it with the child's first and last name, place and date of birth and the chosen concert, and wait for email confirmation, to be shown at the entrance together with a document proving age. If the concert is sold out, the child's entry can no longer be added. The procedures may vary by venue: check them again on the event page.

Teenagers up to 14

All minors up to 14 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket. An adult can accompany at most one child up to 10. Between 11 and 14 there's no limit on the number of kids per adult. There are no discounts for minors. For a teenager who discovered Litfiba through their parents, a club is the best place to see them: close to the stage, with no giant screens in between.

The right photo to take at Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

The right photo, at Atlantico, isn't taken during the concert. It's taken before or after. The rules ban professional and semi-professional cameras and recording equipment, and with a smartphone in a dark club you almost always get grainy, backlit images. That said, there are three photos worth the evening.

The first is the ticket and the album. If you have a copy of «17 Re» at home, maybe the original double edition, photograph it with your December 2, 2026 ticket: 40 years in a single image, without bringing anything banned into the hall. Take it at home, before leaving, because the album doesn't go into Atlantico, and shouldn't.

The second is the entrance, on arrival, with the venue's sign and people in line. It's the photo that tells the evening to those who weren't there: the Litfiba audience is a gallery of different generations, and in line you see it better than in the hall.

The third, if you really want to photograph the stage, should be taken in the first few minutes, when the lights come up on the band and the audience is still settled. A single image, no flash, with the phone held low so as not to block the view of those behind you. Then the phone goes in your pocket. There are concerts you document and concerts you listen to: this one, with the original lineup reunited for the last time around «17 Re», belongs to the second category.

If you want a Rome image tied to the evening, EUR is a step away. The Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, lit up in the evening, is just over two kilometers away: a stop by car, before the concert, gives you the most Roman photo possible of a day devoted to a Florentine band.

The neighborhood around Atlantico: Fonte Ostiense, Torrino and EUR

Atlantico Live is in the southern part of Municipio IX, where Fonte Ostiense, Torrino and EUR meet along Via Cristoforo Colombo. It's not postcard Rome, and that's exactly why it deserves a look.

Fonte Ostiense and Torrino

The streets around the venue bear the names of 20th-century writers and poets: Viale Cesare Pavese, Viale Ignazio Silone, Piazzale Elsa Morante, Largo Giuseppe Ungaretti, Via Carlo Emilio Gadda, Via Salvatore Quasimodo, Via Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa. An anthology of Italian literature laid out on the asphalt of a residential neighborhood. On the other side of the Colombo, Torrino instead has several streets named after European cities, such as Viale Avignone, Via Tolosa, Via Bilbao. If you have time before the concert you can take a walk and read the street signs: it's an unusual way to get to know an outer neighborhood.

Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico and the Colombo axis

The avenue that gives the venue its name is dedicated to an ocean, like Viale dell'Oceano Pacifico right next to it. Via Cristoforo Colombo, just over 100 meters from the venue, is the great artery linking the center to the coast. In this stretch it's classified as a state highway, the 148 Pontina. It's a fast, multi-lane road, to be crossed only at controlled crossings: in the evening, with commuter traffic, you can't be too careful.

EUR two kilometers away

North of the venue begins EUR proper, the Rationalist district best visited by day. The EUR Lake is about one and a half kilometers away as the crow flies, the Palazzo dello Sport just over one kilometer, the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, the so-called Square Colosseum, about two and a half kilometers. For an orderly visit to the district there's our guide EUR: what to see in Rome's Rationalist district.

The green of the reserve

Less than one kilometer from the venue begins the Laurentino Acqua Acetosa Nature Reserve, a protected area established in 1997. It's not a destination for the concert evening, but if you arrive in Rome the day before or stay the day after, it's a quiet walk, away from the Colombo traffic.

Some important events that happened here

The history of this corner of Rome is recent, and can be read in the street names and the buildings around it. Atlantico Live is on the southern edge of EUR, the district named after the Esposizione Universale di Roma, on the border with Fonte Ostiense and Torrino.

The first event to remember is the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana, dated 1940, designed by Giovanni Guerrini, Ernesto La Padula and Mario Romano. The building, 68 meters tall over seven floors, bears at the top the famous inscription describing Italians as a people of poets, artists, heroes, saints, thinkers, scientists, navigators and migrants. It's the symbol of the district, and it's about two and a half kilometers from the venue.

The second concerns entertainment, not architecture. In 1953 the EUR Luna Park, LunEur, opened. It closed on April 20, 2008 and reopened on October 27, 2016 as LunEur Park, on Via delle Tre Fontane. For generations of Romans an evening at EUR meant rides even before concerts.

The third is the protection of green space. In 1997 the Laurentino Acqua Acetosa Nature Reserve was established, protecting a piece of Roman countryside less than one kilometer from Atlantico, among built-up neighborhoods.

Less than three kilometers away, the Abbey of Tre Fontane, entrusted to the Trappist community, is a reminder that this part of Rome isn't made only of the 20th century. And on December 2, 2026 a date is added to the place's chronicle: the close of the «17 Re» tour, the last of the three club nights that Litfiba's original lineup chose to give its fans.

Where to eat before and after the Litfiba concert

Around Atlantico Live, the food options are those of an outer-city commercial area: the Euroma2 shopping center, about 300 meters away, and the neighborhood businesses along the surrounding avenues.

Eat early, and light

A standing concert, in a club, with entry and no re-entry: dinner should be eaten beforehand, calmly, without overdoing it. The advice is always the same: eat at least an hour before doors, something simple, a pizza, a plate of pasta, a well-made sandwich. If you're coming from the center you can eat along the way, for example in EUR, and then cover the last stretch by bus.

The shopping center as a practical solution

Euroma2 is the nearest reference point. A shopping center's evening hours vary by day and by individual business: check them on the center's website before counting on dinner there. The advantage is proximity. The disadvantage is the evening crowd. For a large group it remains the easiest solution to organize.

After the concert

On a Wednesday night, on the outskirts, after a concert, finding kitchens still open isn't a given. If you want to eat afterward, you'd better move to neighborhoods with longer nightlife, or plan something at home or at your hotel. Better to bring an energy bar for the trip back: after the show, the wait for food can be long.

Rome in early December: the season of the Litfiba concert

The Litfiba concert falls on Wednesday, December 2, 2026, at the start of the most festive month of the Roman year. A few things about the period help you plan the trip.

Light and evening

In early December the sun sets in Rome around 16:40. When you get to Atlantico it's been dark for hours, and Via Cristoforo Colombo area in the evening is made of wide avenues and parking lots. Comfortable clothes, closed shoes, a heavy layer you can hold in your hand inside the club. The rules ban umbrellas: if it rains, a hooded raincoat is better.

The Immacolata long weekend

The concert comes six days before December 8, the feast of the Immaculate Conception, which in 2026 falls on a Tuesday. For those coming from outside Rome the combination may suggest a long trip. It must be said, though, that those days are among the busiest of the year for hotels in the center. If you want to stay, book early.

Other concerts on nearby days

The first week of December is rich in music. MC2 Live brings Joss Stone to Rome on December 5 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, in Sala Santa Cecilia, and Macy Gray on December 6, in Sala Sinopoli of the same Auditorium. Madame arrives at Atlantico with the Disincanto Tour, while the Palazzo dello Sport hosts Shiva on November 28 and 29 and Irama on December 12. A Roman week for live music fans.

Who has passed through Litfiba in Concert in Rome at Atlantico Live, December 2, 2026

Who passes through Atlantico in autumn 2026 is told by the venue's calendar: a club that in a few months hosts rap, singer-songwriters, pop and rock, and that closes the tour of one of the historic bands of Italian rock.

On October 1 Fat Freddy's Drop took the Atlantico stage, with the tour for the 21st anniversary of «Based On A True Story». On October 23 and 24 it was J-Ax's turn, with two consecutive nights. On October 27 Sayf arrived, on October 29 Artie 5ive with the Aspettando Vittoria Tour. On October 31 Willie Peyote plays with his club tour. In November Ariete plays on November 7, the opening date of her club tour, Aiello on November 13, Mobrici on November 21 with «10 anni di Avete ragione tutti», 22simba on November 22 with the Miria Tour. Then, on December 2, Litfiba. Right after, Madame with the Disincanto Tour.

Lined up, these names tell what Atlantico is today: the room where Rome hears artists whose audience is too big for a small venue and whose identity is too precise for an arena. The presence of Litfiba on this list has a particular meaning. In the middle of a program made largely of today's artists, a band that built its history in the 1980s brings a 40-year-old album to the same stage. It's proof that the Atlantico audience isn't divided by age, but by curiosity.

And then there are the four protagonists of the evening: Piero Pelù, Ghigo Renzulli, Antonio Aiazzi and Gianni Maroccolo. On December 2, 2026 they pass through Atlantico together, in the lineup the MC2 Live press release calls original, for the last of the three club dates of the «Quarant'anni di 17 Re» tour. Those who were there in 1986 find the band they knew. Those who weren't meet it in the most direct way possible.

How to plan your Litfiba evening in Rome

A Litfiba evening at Atlantico is planned in three stages: arrive with time to spare, a concert with no going out, a return planned before going in.

From Rome

If you live in the city you have two options. The first: metro line B to EUR Fermi or Laurentina, then a bus to Via Cristoforo Colombo. The second: car to the Laurentina park-and-ride, and from there bus or taxi. Driving right up to the venue is possible, but in the evening, with store parking lots closing, it means circling. Time spent looking for a spot is time taken from the entrance line.

From outside Rome

If you arrive by train, get off at Roma Termini and take metro line B toward Laurentina: the line goes straight to the southern quadrant. If you arrive by car from the south or the coast, the Colombo is on your way. If you're staying overnight, a hotel in EUR or near a line B stop makes getting back easier than a hotel in the center. Remember that luggage and trolleys don't go into the venue and there's no promoter cloakroom.

In a group

For a group, even a small one, the golden rule is a meeting point outside the venue and a fixed time. Inside a full club you get lost in a moment, and your phone doesn't always help. Decide beforehand where to meet at the end of the concert, for example at the exit on Viale dell'Oceano Atlantico side, and who's handling the ride home. If there are kids under 14 in the group, remember that every minor must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket, and that for children up to 10, free entry must be requested from the promoter in good time.

Private tours and experiences

For corporate groups, organized trips or V.I.P. evenings built around a concert, with transfers, dinner and a guided visit of the neighborhood on the same day, you can contact Tour Leader Pro. A concert in Rome, if well organized, becomes the best excuse for a whole day in the city.
