SONA! Come meglio credi: the Forte's winter series of live shows in the SalaConcerti! 14 LIVE CONCERTS, MORE THAN 30 BANDS. Every damn Wednesday from November 6, 2026 to March 5, 2027 in the SalaConcerti (No Cover, No Dj, No Playback). WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2: CENERE, I MAIALI. Cenere: CENERE formed in 2024 when Claudio Buricchi, Leonardo Meko, Luca Petitta and Marco Cinti (former members of File Not Found, FNF) met Andrea Greco (formerly of Centro Bipolare). The result is a unique body of work that sits in the metalcore genre with strong melodic metal influences (Architects, In Flames, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive) and introspective lyrics sung in Italian. I Maiali: Formed in Rome in 2016, after several experiments between punk and singer-songwriter music they found their direction in a violent, dark-tinged post-hardcore. After signing with Overdub Recordings in 2019 came their debut album CVLTO.

Where it takes place: CSOA Forte Prenestino

Forte Prenestino is one of the 15 forts built in Rome between 1877 and 1891: work began in 1880 and ended in 1884. It covers 13.4 hectares at the fourth kilometer of Via Prenestina, in Municipio V. The city took over the area in 1977, and since May 1, 1986 the fort has been an occupied, self-managed social center.

The official website lists among its spaces the SalaConcerti, the rehearsal room, the workshops (bike repair, screen printing, medialab, theater), the community radio RadioForte, Cinema Forte, the tavern and the pub. The SONA series fills the Wednesdays from November 6, 2026 to March 5, 2027, with 14 concerts and more than 30 bands.
