Can I book a FREE2MOVE car at my arrival airport or in the city?
The car will be reserved for you starting 60 minutes before the rental start time.
If you’re late, the car will stay reserved for up to 60 minutes after the scheduled rental start time.
Only if you book the car at the airport do you pay the same extra fee for airport taxes.

Where can I park FREE2MOVE cars?
The operating area is the zone where FREE2MOVE cars can move freely in the city.
You can park for free in any public parking spot within this operating area.
All you have to do is check on the map if your destination falls within the FREE2MOVE usage area, get in the first car near you and reach your destination.
It is possible to park and end the rental in zones outside the area, but in that case the out-of-area zone rate applies.

- Operating Area (Home Area): Free parking on public streets and on blue lines (where permitted, without paying for the lines), but only within the boundaries defined in the app.
- Common Sense Rule: Ask yourself: “Would I leave my car here?” Avoid no-parking zones, loading/unloading zones, bus lanes, markets, and private areas (supermarkets, apartment buildings).
- Airports and Out of Area: You can park in specific zones (e.g. dedicated parking lots at airports) but usually with an extra fee, handled automatically by the app.
- Microcars: They must only use spaces reserved for vehicles, not those for motorcycles or scooters.
