The event
The text is an intense, enveloping dialogue between the artist Pietro Consagra and Carla Lonzi, the most important theorist of Italian feminism. The two sit before a recorder in 1980, over four days, and talk about the relationship that bound them for many years, its changes and the deep misunderstanding that cracked it.
The presentation describes it as an exchange on the role of women and the weaknesses of men, whose themes remain current. Neither director nor performers are named, and the program may change.
