Both bands come from the Roman scene. Leda, formed in 2024, is a screamo quartet. Lillà, formed in the summer of 2022 in a garage on the outskirts of the city, plays post-hardcore with emo, screamo and melodic hardcore influences. After their debut album «Come il Fiore, Non il Colore» in February 2023, Lillà became a five-piece with the arrival of singer Andrea Mancieri and a second guitar, and released the EP «Dove Tutto Crolla», previewed by the singles «Polvere», «Macerie» and «Grandine».
The formula «No Cover, No Dj, No Playback» sums up the series' approach: no covers, no DJ sets, no playback, only live concerts. The fall calendar published by the Forte continues on November 18 with Asymmetric Drive, Petrolio and Bero Snaut and on November 25 with Murosuono and The Apulian Blues Fondation. The 2027 dates are collected on a separate page.
Forte Prenestino, one of the 19th-century forts built to defend Rome, stands at the fourth kilometer of Via Prenestina and covers about 13.4 hectares. After years of neglect, on May 1, 1986, the area was occupied by the social center that runs it on a self-managed basis. SONA! concerts are held in its concert hall, one of the spaces listed on the website together with a cinema, pub, tavern and workshops. On the neighborhood you can read Centocelle, what to see, and on the Forte's program Mostruosamente Forte.
Leda, a Roman screamo quartet, and Lillà, a post-hardcore band formed in Rome in 2022.
That the series is dedicated to live concerts: no covers, no DJ sets, no playback.
