The event
The comedy is set in a run-down suburban building, where some residents try to sell the property, which has apparently turned into a very valuable property thanks to the bequest of a neighbor who recently died.
The decisive meeting becomes a whirlwind of misunderstandings, disguises and improbable escapes. The question is not whether they will manage to sell the building, but whether they will survive until lunchtime.
On December 31, 2026, there are two performances with different options: the first includes an aperitif in the theater before the show, the second a small buffet and a midnight toast with the actors. The theater warns that the schedule may change.
