The event

Born in 1986 in a Parisian suburb, Jeremy is a record collector and music lover whose collection and knowledge of house, disco, soul and funk surpass his years of collecting. Shaped by listening to Radio Nova and Radio FG in Paris, he spent his teenage years in record shops with a single idea: to unearth hidden house treasures, leaving no stone unturned.

In 2010 he started «My Love Is Underground», a vinyl-only label devoted to his first love, the authentic sound of New York and New Jersey house. His 2014 debut compilation, a triple LP titled «My Love Is Underground» released by Favorite Recordings, was ranked by the trade press as the best compilation of the year.

In 2016 «Jeremy Underground Presents Beauty», released by Spacetalk, confirmed him as one of the finest music curators. At Alcazar Live he brings this background to a DJ set.

This is a former Trastevere cinema at Via Cardinale Merry del Val 14, and the capacity remains the modest one of a single-screen hall, so with the crowd close to the decks the atmosphere is intimate.
