An inner journey that opens new spaces of awareness

An immersive psychophysical and metacognitive exploration, in which body and mind become tools to observe and understand what happens inside us. Through guided practices, moments of presence and reflection, you will be accompanied on an inner journey that opens new spaces of awareness.

Get ready to live an experience that goes beyond simple listening.

During the event the audience becomes an active protagonist of their own path of introspection, guided by IOSNO.

Guided meditations and awareness experiences will allow you to get in touch with thoughts, emotions and automatisms that often stay invisible in everyday life.

At the center of the experience is metacognition: the ability to observe your own mental processes and recognize how thoughts influence what we feel and the way we live.

There are no preset answers.

Each participant can go through the experience at their own pace, discovering new ways of relating to themselves.

The evening thus becomes a space of presence and discovery, able to generate deep and personal insights to carry along on one's path through life.
