On Friday, November 20, 2026, Immanuel Casto brings the Formato non riconosciuto Live Tour, the tour for his fifth album, to Largo Venue in Rome, in concert with his live band. The start time given by the official ticket seller is 21:30 and, afterward, the evening continues with Latte Fresco. Largo is at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, in Pigneto, and can be reached by metro C, Pigneto or Malatesta stops, or by buses 81 and 412, Gattamelata stop. On the presale circuit indicated by Largo, tickets start at 28.75 euros plus fees. The purchase link is on the event page of the official Largo Venue website.

Immanuel Casto's Rome concert is one of the dates of the Formato non riconosciuto Live Tour, the club run that follows the release of the artist's fifth album. Largo's presentation announces it like this: the Casto Divo returns in concert with his live band.
The date is Friday, November 20, 2026. The official ticket seller gives 21:30. Largo's page doesn't publish the door time. After the concert the evening continues with Latte Fresco, the club's Friday party.
Largo's page links to the authorized presale circuit, where tickets for the Rome date start at 28.75 euros plus fees. It's the same starting price given for all the club dates of the tour.
Largo has four spaces: Sala Main, the Garden, Rumah and O'Bistrot. A concert with a full band, followed by a party, takes place in the main hall, designed for live music.
Formato non riconosciuto is Immanuel Casto's fifth studio album, released in 2026 after Adult Music, Freak & Chic, The Pink Album and Malcostume. On March 31, 2026, the artist announced the autumn tour supporting the record and, for 2027, a new comic monologue for the theater.
The concert presentation explains the title with an image taken from the world of computers: an unrecognized format is that file that jams your PC, because nobody knows which program to open it with. It's a definition the artist applies to himself, an anomaly in the cultural system, hard to classify in a single field.
The official link page of Freak & Chic, the creative factory of which Immanuel Casto is a founding partner, highlights three titles alongside the album: Fidel Casto, Scende in pista il commercialista and Amore alieno. The same page offers vinyl and CD preorders and listening on digital platforms.
The previous record, Malcostume, had come out on June 10, 2022, preceded by the single Wasabi Shock. Between the two albums Immanuel Casto toured a monologue, Non erano battute, and published his first book with Bompiani, DiversaMente.
Immanuel Casto's autumn tour hits seven Italian clubs. According to the calendar published by the Freak & Chic factory, the dates are October 2 at Capitol in Pordenone, October 3 at Estragon in Bologna, October 16 at Alcatraz in Milan, October 23 at Hiroshima Mon Amour in Turin, November 19 at Viper del Tenax in Florence, November 20 at Largo Venue in Rome and November 21 at Eremo Club in Molfetta.
The Rome date comes among the last of the tour, after almost two months of concerts. For the audience it's an advantage: the setlist and the band arrive broken in by five previous nights.
The Freak & Chic calendar also announces the new monologue for spring 2027, Non ha senso ma mi adeguo, with a Rome date on April 14, 2027, at Teatro Ghione. If you love the artist's educator side, you have two different chances to see him in the city.
Immanuel Casto, pseudonym of Manuel Cuni, was born in Alzano Lombardo on September 16, 1983. He's a singer-songwriter, game designer and activist: the official ticket seller's presentation also describes him as a popularizer, with 20 years of career, five studio albums, two compilations, 15 card games and many national tours.
In 2002 he moved to Bologna to work as art director at an advertising agency. Between 2003 and 2004, under the pseudonym Immanuel, he self-produced and gave away his first music releases, On the Road, Voyeur and Vento di erezioni: electronic music and sexuality told with irony. In 2005 came Deflorato, with nods to 1970s dance music. In 2006 the music video for Che bella la cappella and the album Feel the Porn Groove, where dance music backs explicit lyrics.
In 2008 came the track Anal Beat, the EP Io batto and the video for 50 bocca/100 amore. After that video the artist signed with JLe Management. In June of the same year he performed at the national Pride parade, closing the concert with Alessandro Fullin and Fabio Canino. In 2009 his first national tour began and the single Touché (Par l'amour) arrived, the first one produced and distributed by a label, played on radio and on All Music.
In 2010 the singles Escort 25 and Crash, the latter with Romina Falconi, preceded Adult Music, his first official album, released in spring 2011 with distribution by Universal Music Group. Between November and December 2010 he was a regular guest on Loveline on MTV Italia. In 2013 he performed on RAI for the first time, in two episodes of Aggratis!, closed the national Pride in Palermo and released his second album, Freak & Chic, with Tropicanal, Sexual Navigator and Sognando Cracovia, a duet with Romina Falconi. In 2015 came The Pink Album, with a video made in collaboration with Pornhub. In 2018 the compilation L'età del consenso, promoted by an Italian tour.
From November 1, 2019, to 2023 Immanuel Casto was president of Mensa Italia, the association for people with a high IQ. Since 2024 he has been art director of QUID, the association's digital magazine. In 2021 he released the single Dick Pic and Piena with the Karma B. In 2022 he handled the graphics of Romina Falconi's book Rottocalco and his fourth album, Malcostume, came out. In 2022 and 2023 he toured with Romina Falconi the show Insegnami la vita, split between clubs, theaters and summer dates.
The official presentation describes him as an activist in the LGBTQIA+ community and godfather of many national Pride events, committed in recent years to talking about neurodivergence and autism. Among the activities he says he cares most about: challenging taboos and modesty, promoting logic, broadening public knowledge of neurodivergence.
In 2025 Immanuel Casto published his first book with Bompiani, DiversaMente. The tour presentation links it to his commitment in recent years to talking about neurodivergence and autism: it's the popularizer side of an artist who, in the same season, goes back on tour with a record to dance to. Back in 2015 his story had been told in a book by Max Ribaric, Tutti su di me, published by Tsunami Edizioni.
An important part of Immanuel Casto's work isn't about music but games. In 2012 he created the card game Squillo, in which players take on the role of pimps. On October 9, 2012, during the presale, Senator Emanuela Baio Dossi called on the Senate floor for its withdrawal from the market.
The success of the first edition was followed by five expansions, including the Squillo Time Travels trilogy, devoted to ancient Greece, the Middle Ages and the future. In 2014 came Jenus, based on Don Alemanno's comic. In 2016 Witch & Bitch, created with Marco Albiero. In 2018 Red Light, with drawings by Milo Manara.
In 2019 he presented at Lucca Comics & Games Dogma, a game in which you found a new religion, and Squillo City, a board game version of the first game, both created with Dario Massa. In 2022 he brought Rainbow Pets to Napoli Comicon, a card game in which you adopt puppies. In 2021 he also made Aster with Dario Massa, published with Feltrinelli and Mensa Italia.
An Immanuel Casto concert at Largo Venue is, first of all, a show built on songs to dance to and lyrics to listen to carefully, because the provocation is always also a joke. The tour presentation emphasizes the live band: it's the form in which the artist returns to clubs after the theater tours of recent years.
The setlist hasn't been published. It's reasonable to expect songs from the new album, from Fidel Casto to Amore alieno, alongside the titles that have marked the artist's career, but only the evening will tell which. The catalog to draw on is broad: five studio albums, from Adult Music in 2011 to Formato non riconosciuto, and two compilations, Porn Groove 2004/2009 and L'età del consenso.
If you know Immanuel Casto, you know that between songs the show also lives on words: the artist who took the monologue Non erano battute to the theater and returns in 2027 with Non ha senso ma mi adeguo uses the stage as a place for storytelling. The official ticket seller's presentation calls him a popularizer, and the definition also applies to the way he talks with the audience.
The audience at Immanuel Casto's concerts is mixed: electronic music fans, Pride regulars, players of his card games, readers of DiversaMente. The official presentation recalls that the artist was the first European to collaborate with Pornhub and that he's godfather of many national Pride events: two facts that say a lot about the freedom with which the room lives the evening.
The most unusual curious fact concerns Parliament. In October 2012, before the card game Squillo even reached the stores, a senator called for its withdrawal from the market in a Senate session, arguing that it promoted the commodification of the female body and inhuman practices. The intervention suspended the online presale for a few days. The game came out anyway and became a small cult, with five expansions. Few Italian singer-songwriters can say one of their board games ended up in the Senate's verbatim records.
The second curious fact is in the tour's name. Formato non riconosciuto, the presentation explains, is that file the computer can't read. For an artist who has been president of an association of people with a high IQ, a game designer and a popularizer on neurodivergence, the computer metaphor is a poetic statement: the difficulty of being classified becomes the album title.
The third concerns a 2016 controversy. The game Witch & Bitch contained a card titled Omofobo (Homophobe). Mario Adinolfi, recognizing himself in the illustration, threatened to sue the authors. It's an episode that captures Immanuel Casto's register well: provocation as a tool for public debate.
Largo Venue occupies a former industrial warehouse at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, near Largo Preneste, between Pigneto and Via Prenestina. The tourism portal of Roma Capitale presents it as an urban regeneration project, a space given back to the city with creativity, greenery and culture.
The official website lists Sala Main, the Garden, meaning the outdoor garden area, Rumah and O'Bistrot, the food spot with its menu. The calendar alternates concerts by international, national and Roman artists, DJ sets and screenings.
On Friday and Saturday, after the concerts, the dance nights start at Largo: Latte Fresco, now in its eighth season, and Back To The Disco. On November 20 the sequence is exactly this: first Immanuel Casto with his band, then Latte Fresco. For the audience of an artist who has always mixed song and dance floor, it's a natural continuation of the evening.
The club's phone is 06 59875966, the email address info@largovenue.com. The program and information are also gathered on the Largo Venue page.
What's rarely said is that Immanuel Casto's concerts are, first of all, nights for dancing. His repertoire comes from electroclash and dance, with nods to the sounds of the 1970s and 1980s: the provocative lyrics ride on beats made for moving. If you're expecting a seated singer-songwriter recital, you'll discover a party, and at Largo the party continues with the Friday night event.
The second thing concerns the content. The language of the songs is explicit, and the themes are sexuality, paid sex, religion turned into parody. It's a humor Immanuel Casto's audience knows and shares. If you're coming for the first time, you'd do well to listen to a few songs beforehand, to know what to expect.
The third is practical: it's Friday night, in Pigneto, with a party after the concert. The area will be crowded and parking difficult. Metro C is the most convenient way to get there. For the trip back after midnight, check the night lines in advance with the ATAC journey planner.
My advice is to listen to Formato non riconosciuto in the days before the concert, and also to catch up on a couple of classic tracks, from Escort 25 to Sognando Cracovia. Immanuel Casto's audience sings the choruses and knows the jokes: arriving prepared turns the concert from a show to watch into a party to join.
Second point: arrive early. Largo has the Garden and O'Bistrot, and on a November Friday the hall fills up fast. Arriving half an hour before the concert time lets you eat something, take your spot in the hall and not end up at the back.
Third point: decide beforehand if to stay for the party. Latte Fresco starts after the concert and goes on until late at night: if you want to stay, plan your trip back accordingly. If you'd rather go home right away, do it before the hall turns into a dance floor.
Largo Venue is at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, in eastern Rome, Pigneto area, Municipio V, near Largo Preneste. The area is served by metro C and several bus lines.
The reference stops are Pigneto and Malatesta, on line C. From the center take metro A to San Giovanni, change to line C and get off at Pigneto or Malatesta. From there the club can be reached on foot.
The stop given by Rome's tourism portal is Gattamelata, served by lines 81 and 412. At night lines N12 and N28 pass through the same stop: check times and frequencies before going out.
By car you arrive from Via Prenestina or Via Casilina. Parking on Pigneto's residential streets is difficult, especially on Friday night. Roma Capitale's radio taxi answers at 060609: for the trip back after the party, book it a few minutes ahead.
It's well known that Immanuel Casto was president of Mensa Italia, the association of so-called brainiacs, and the news made many people smile when he was elected, on November 1, 2019. It's less often remembered that it wasn't a symbolic post: he held it until 2023, for two terms as the concert presentation recalls, and since 2024 he has been art director of the association's digital magazine, QUID. In 2021 he also made a game with Dario Massa published with Feltrinelli and Mensa Italia, Aster.
The second rarely mentioned fact concerns his first career. Before being a singer-songwriter, Immanuel Casto was an art director: in 2002 he moved to Bologna to work at an advertising agency. His care for image, the music videos, the graphics of games and books, like that of Romina Falconi's Rottocalco, come from there.
The third concerns his relationship with Romina Falconi. The singer is the most frequent collaborator in his discography: from Crash in 2010 to Sognando Cracovia in 2013, up to the shared tours Sognando Cracovia in 2014 and 2015 and Insegnami la vita in 2022 and 2023.
A Friday with a concert at 21:30 and a party afterward is planned around the Pigneto area, one of the centers of Rome's nightlife.
If you arrive early, you can take a walk between Porta Maggiore and the streets of Pigneto, with a stop at the neighborhood's bars, and have dinner around 20:00 at one of the area's trattorias or pizzerias, or right at Largo, at O'Bistrot.
The choice is between staying for Latte Fresco or heading home. If you stay, you get back on the night lines or by taxi. If you head home right away, metro C is the quickest option toward San Giovanni and line A, while it's running.
In late November evenings in Rome are cold and often damp. Largo's Garden is pleasant even in autumn for a break, but you'll need a jacket. In the hall, with the crowd and the lights, it's hot: dress in layers.
The right photo at an Immanuel Casto concert is the one that tells the story of the party: the lit stage with the full band and, in front, the audience dancing and singing. The best framing is from the middle of the hall or from the sides, with heads backlit and the stage in the background: a close-up of the artist from the middle rows almost always comes out small and blurry.
The right moment is the entrance on stage, when the lights change and the room explodes: a few seconds, then the phone goes back in your pocket. A show built on jokes and choruses is better lived without a screen in front of you.
If you want a photo of the place, take it before going in, in the Garden or in front of the entrance on Via Biordo Michelotti with the sign lit. It's the image of Friday night in Pigneto: an old industrial space turned club.
Largo Venue is in the Pigneto area, east of Termini station, between Via Prenestina and Via Casilina: a neighborhood of residential streets, bars, trattorias and cultural spaces.
Toward the center you come to Porta Maggiore, where the ancient aqueducts converge. Nearby is the underground basilica of Porta Maggiore, open only on scheduled dates.
To the north, beyond the railway, is San Lorenzo with the basilica of San Lorenzo fuori le Mura. Along the Casilina is the Mausoleum of Helena. Further southeast, by metro A, the Aqueducts Park.
The story of Largo Venue is one of urban regeneration. An industrial warehouse, in an area of eastern Rome where depots and workshops followed one another for decades, was reopened as a place of culture, with a hall built for live music, a garden, a bistro and a calendar alternating concerts, DJ sets and film. It's a path that found fertile ground in Pigneto, a neighborhood with a working-class tradition and today one of the centers of nightlife.
Over time Largo has built a program with international names, Italian bands and Roman artists. This autumn alone its stage has seen or will see The Lemon Twigs, the progressive metal of Haken and the electronic cumbia of La Yegros: the variety of the program is the club's hallmark.
For Immanuel Casto, the November 20, 2026, concert is a stop on a path more than 20 years long, which began with self-productions given away for free in 2003 and passed through the first national tour in 2009, the major label contract in 2011 and the presidency of Mensa Italia from 2019. The Formato non riconosciuto Live Tour arrives four years after the previous album, Malcostume.
Many names of the Italian scene pass through Immanuel Casto's career. Romina Falconi is the most present collaborator, from Crash to Sognando Cracovia up to the shared tours. The Karma B sang with him on Piena, in 2021. Alessandro Fullin and Fabio Canino closed the 2008 national Pride concert with him. Stefano "Keen" Maggiore produced Touché (Par l'amour), the first single distributed by a label.
In the world of games and comics his path crosses Milo Manara, who drew Red Light, Don Alemanno, author of the comic Jenus is based on, Marco Albiero and Dario Massa, coauthors of many titles. In television there's MTV Italia with Loveline and RAI with Aggratis!.
The Largo stage has seen, before him, very different artists, from the pop of The Lemon Twigs to the progressive metal of Haken. The lineup published by Largo for November 20 gives Immanuel Casto with his live band and, after the concert, the Latte Fresco night: no guests are announced.
For information on Largo Venue's accessibility and routes for people with disabilities, contact the club directly at 06 59875966 or info@largovenue.com. The event page indicates access from outside.
Largo's page doesn't list specific age limits for the concert. Any conditions for minors are those given by the official ticket seller at the time of purchase. In content and language, Immanuel Casto's repertoire is meant for an adult audience.
An ID, your digital ticket on a charged phone, earplugs if you're staying for the party, a jacket for the Garden.
Largo has its own food spot, O'Bistrot, with a menu published on the club's website: the most convenient option if you arrive early. In Pigneto there are Roman trattorias, pizzerias, ethnic cuisines and bars, especially on the streets around the metro C stop. On Friday night the area is very busy: book or eat before 20:30.
Late November is when Rome's club season is in full swing: Largo's calendar alternates concerts and nights almost every evening, and on the same weekend the city hosts dozens of music events. The days are short, the weather cool and often rainy: an indoor evening, in a club with a party afterward, is the most natural way to enjoy it.
Immanuel Casto plays in Rome on Friday, November 20, 2026, at Largo Venue, at Via Biordo Michelotti 2, with the Formato non riconosciuto Live Tour. The official ticket seller gives a 21:30 start. After the concert the evening continues with Latte Fresco.
Tickets for Immanuel Casto at Largo Venue start at 28.75 euros plus fees on the presale circuit indicated by the club. The purchase link is on the event page of Largo's official website.
Formato non riconosciuto is Immanuel Casto's fifth studio album, released in 2026 after Malcostume. The title, according to the concert presentation, recalls the file the computer can't open: an image of the artist as an anomaly that's hard to classify.
Yes: the presentation of Immanuel Casto's concert at Largo Venue announces the return of the Casto Divo in concert with his live band. The lineup published by the club lists no guests.
Largo Venue, at Via Biordo Michelotti 2 in Pigneto, can be reached by metro C, Pigneto or Malatesta stops, and by buses 81 and 412, Gattamelata stop. At night lines N12 and N28 pass through the same stop.
Immanuel Casto, stage name of Manuel Cuni, born in Alzano Lombardo in 1983, is a singer-songwriter, card game designer and activist. He has released five studio albums, was president of Mensa Italia from 2019 to 2023 and wrote the book DiversaMente.
Yes: the Freak & Chic calendar announces Immanuel Casto's monologue Non ha senso ma mi adeguo at Teatro Ghione in Rome on April 14, 2027, after the dates in Milan, Florence, Nichelino and Bologna.
An artist who for 20 years has mixed dance, provocation and popularization, a new album after four years, a band on stage and a party afterward in a former Pigneto warehouse: in our opinion it's one of the most distinctive nights of a late-November Friday in Rome. Listen to the record first, arrive early by metro C, decide in advance if to stay for Latte Fresco and plan your late-night trip back before leaving home.
